Due to the all the choices and details associated with custom work, each project is approached separately. The cost of a project is based on many factors including, but not limited to, window treatment designs, fabrics, furniture, paint, lighting, rugs, accessories, and more. We determine the depth of the project together - no pressure!
In-Home Consultation
The first step is your personal in-home design consultation. During this meeting, we'll discuss your design needs, concerns and budget. We need to get to know each other and how I can help you. We'll discuss all kinds of design possibilities, in addition to looking at photos to help me determine your tastes and style. This visit may also include any measurements necessary to your project as well as photos taken of your home.

Now the real fun begins! Once we've chosen the designs and project ideas that appeal to you, we look at fabric samples, hardware, paint colors, artwork, accessories, and more. I want to ensure that what I think will work well with your personal taste and design style meshes with your ideas. I will also present design renderings so you can see exactly what your designs will look like in your home. The beauty of my process is that I bring everything to you. It's seamless and simple. This is a visual business! It's my #1 priority to ensure you are visualizing the same end results as I am.
Prepare Proposal
Once we've chosen the designs, fabrics, colors, etc., and finalized the scope of the project, I'll prepare a proposal. Once this is approved, your work is done and my magic begins!
The transformation begins!
Once you've approved the proposal, orders are placed and work begins. In addition to the design work, all custom fabric furnishings such as draperies, pillows, shades, bedspreads, etc., are fabricated by me - no middleman - which makes for better project management and cost savings.
